2018 seems to be the year of ‘Out with the Old and In With the New’, and nothing could exemplify this more than the passing of the ‘Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017’.
One of the biggest changes to the tax code is the income tax brackets which essentially lowers the tax rate for almost every taxpayer. What does this mean? Well, it means you get to keep more of your money.
The IRS has finally unveiled the NEW W4 forms, and in order to ensure you see the benefits of the new tax law you’ll need to fill out a new W4 form. Simply download it, complete it and give it to your employer. Voilà! You should see less money being withheld for taxes and more being deposited to your account immediately.
